Vietnamese coffee is great due to its low acidity, and its smooth and chocolatey taste. I like the Vietnam robusta blends better than regular arabica coffees. It's very hard to find these coffees in whole bean, though, and I am a whole bean franatic. I only brew one cup a day typically at home, so I can't be working on a bag of ground coffee for a month, it just won't stay fresh after opening. This Bach coffee is very aromatic and it bubbled up nicely in my French Press, it was very fresh. I might try the Arabica/Robusta blend next to compare.
