VIETNAMESE COFFEE
In 2016, Vietnam's coffee area reached 645,000 hectares, output reached 1.6 million tons, average yield reached 2.5 tons of dry beans Tha, 3 times higher than the world's average coffee yield, at the same time ranked 2nd in exporting coffee beans (after Brazil) and was the largest producer of robusta in the world. In the same year, Vietnam exported 2.4 billion USD of coffee, creating direct jobs for about 600,000 Taiwanese people. The lives of coffee growers have been constantly improved, many families have become rich. However, the value and brand of our country's coffee industry are very low. Prices depend on world prices, so the domestic coffee industry is still basically unstable and not really fixed. According to the 80th National Assembly of Vietnam, by 2030, Vietnam has a policy of not increasing the area, even reducing the area in places without advantages, focusing on deep processing, promoting linkages to develop trade to increase the value of the Vietnamese coffee industry. Currently, Vietnam's coffee is mostly in the provinces of Dak Lak, Lam Dong, Dak Nong, Gia Lai, Kom Tum, Son La, Dien Bien, Quang Tri, Binh Phuoc, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Dong Nai
